What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes:

 

  • Exclusive access to a private 200 acre farm with pastures, rolling hills, forests, barns, and other scenic areas.

  • All day photoshoot sessions with multiple professional photographers.

  • One private photoshoot session with a horse overseen by an experienced handler.

  • Access to a variety of clothing, accessories, and props to enhance your photoshoots.

  • Professionally edited images within two months after the event.

  • Complimentary picnic lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

  • A special horse-themed goody bag to take home.

How do I get to the location?

The farm is located In Germantown, NY. The exact address will be given after purchasing a ticket.

Driving: Two hours drive from NYC.

Public Transport: Take the Amtrak train from Penn Station to Rhinecliff Station and a 25 min Uber. Ride-sharing and pickups may be available, please reach out if you need help getting to the location.

If you are very interested in attending but having trouble arranging transportation please send us a message using the link above, and we'll do out best to work out a solution! We have attendees coming from NJ, NYC, and Long Island who may be available to carpool. 

What will the schedule be like?

Models are welcome to start arriving around 9am to get ready (info on hairstyling TBA). We will have a space for hair, makeup, and changing. Photo sessions will start around 11am. An afternoon picnic setup for lunch and photo ops will take place in the late afternoon. Photo sessions will run until sunset. The full schedule and confirmation on this timing will be sent out to all attendees at least two weeks prior to the event.

How do photo sessions work?

Models will have the opportunity to shoot at various picturesque locations throughout the 200-acre private horse farm. With over six distinct shooting locations available, models can spend the entire day capturing stunning images in charming stables, rolling pastures, quaint paddocks, tree-lined dirt roads, rustic barn doors, and more. Best of all, each model will have a private photo session with a beautiful horse. An on-site florist will be creating and enhancing sets with fresh flowers and providing wildflowers and baskets for shots. A variety of cottage-core props will be available as well. A detailed schedule will be given ahead of time, ensuring that every model gets the chance to work with different photographers at their favorite sets and locations throughout the day.

How many photos will I receive?

Models will receive a minimum of two professionally edited photos per session, with access to at least of five individual and group sessions. While two photos per session is the minimum, our photographers will strive to provide as many high-quality images as possible. Additionally, our team will be capturing behind-the-scenes footage, and we’ll have a videographer on site.

Within two months after the shoot date a gallery will be shared with all edited photos and videos. All team members will be given social tags and encouraged to credit when posting.

What are the facilities like?

In the morning, models will have access to a spacious main room in the on-site Airbnb, offering a comfortable and stylish environment to prepare for the day’s shoots. The space will provide a cozy setting for early morning preparations, allowing models to relax, have coffee and tea, and get ready before heading out to the various outdoor locations.

 

For the rest of the day, an indoor riding ring will serve as the central hub, providing a convenient space for models to change outfits, do touch-ups, and unwind between shoots. A bathroom is located on site indoors.

What should I bring?

Please dress appropriately to walk around a working farm and bring layers as we will be outside most of the time. Close toed shoes and / or boots recommended. We will have a variety of wardrobe options on site but limited sizes available, most smalls and mediums. Please bring at least two of your own looks. You can change as many times as you’d like throughout the day. Bring a water bottle, bug spray, and snacks you may need.

What if it rains?

The rain date is the day after, Sunday the 22nd. Emails will be sent out with any date change due to inclement weather. Covered areas are available if there's light showers throughout the day.

Will there be food and drinks?

Complimentary refreshments and snacks will be available during breaks between activities. A picnic lunch charcuterie style will be provided mid-afternoon. Attendees are invited to meet up for dinner and drinks at a nearby restaurant after the shoot. Please let us know If have food allergies.

Where can I stay overnight?

Six spots are available at an on-site Airbnb from Friday to Sunday. Stay the entire weekend and experience all the magic of the photoshoot happening at your doorstep, plus have extra time to explore and take photos in the 200-acre horse farm the day before and after the event.

The space features a King Suite and a Queen Suite, each with its own private bathroom. There is a separate room with a pull-out queen-size couch and an ensuite bath. It features charming original pine floors, a comfortable gas fireplace, central air conditioning, a spacious main living area, a gourmet kitchen, and a generous outdoor deck overlooking expansive fields and a tranquil pond.

Do you accept payment plans?

Due to the current structure of our ticket sale process through WIX, we are unable to offer payment plans at this time. However, we understand that the ticket prices may be a significant investment, and we are happy to accommodate a deposit option. If you’d like to secure your spot with a $100 deposit via our PayPal or Zelle business account, please reach out to us directly. We will hold your spot until the full payment is received by a mutually agreed-upon date. Your deposit will be refunded if you are no longer able to attend.
